Condition of Items
We understand that you need to try out your products. Items do not need to be returned in their original packaging or packing condition to be eligible for a return.
Return Shipping Costs
Thermal Labs covers the cost of all return shipping. There are no restocking fees or return delivery charges deducted from your refund.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at questions@thermallabs.co and include:
1. Your order number
2. A brief reason for the return
Once your return request is received, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to us. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once we receive the returned item.
